Laughing Buddha Trading was established in September of 2006 when the Buddhist non-profit company Wildmind decided to sell its online Amazon-based retail business.  As a long-time Buddhist practitioner, as well as a friend of the team at Wildmind, Bill McGuire felt the opportunity to continue supporting the efforts of meditators with quality meditation supplies was too good to miss!

  Josh Nute, a long-time member of Wildmind, helped launch the fledgling Laughing Buddha Trading. Cliff Hazen, another Wildmind alumnus, is our current Webmaster.
